How Mirror Mirror AI uses your data

Data controller:: Mirror Mirror AI Inc., a Delaware company
What data we collect:: The raw images you submit, and the biometric data we extract from those images (including your facial geometry, physical attributes, and body measurements) to create your digital twin.
Why we collect it:: To create a photorealistic AI-generated representation of your likeness, including headshot, full-body, and derivative angle images, generated from your reference photographs and measurements, for use in AI-generated commercial imagery.
Who we share it with:: Your data is processed by Mirror Mirror AI's internal systems and trusted technical processors. It is not sold to third parties. Brands who book your likeness do not receive your biometric data — they receive AI-generated images only.
How long we keep it:: Your biometric digitisation data is retained while your consent remains active. On withdrawal of consent, your biometric data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights:: You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for processing of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact privacy@mirrormirrorai.com.

I understand that if I withdraw consent, my biometric data will be permanently deleted. Any images generated under licenses already issued at that point will remain valid as independent derived works and cannot be retrospectively voided.
